Cote Sud is a concept of cuisine and style offering authentic flavours and unexpected details. The origin of all is the quality of all raw materials, interpreted according to both traditional and contemporary visions.

The dishes are a tribute to the Mediterranean cuisine, to perfumes and limpid colours, with full respect for the seasons and favouring local production. But what is unique about the place is the largest research, characterizing the mise en place, with often brand new combinations designed to maintain the high quality of the ingredients while enhancing the sensory experience.

Here, Susanna welcomes you to make you enjoy the extraordinary and innovative chef’s dishes. These are her setting and furnishings that reflect a basic interior design, prudently inspired to shabby chic, where the attention focused to service and hospitality are the main elements.

Light colours inspired by the sea, illuminate the rooms and furnishings, focused on natural materials: leather, linen, wood and stone.
